It was very useful while our 2 week stay

Must have item - perfect for my 1 week Tokyo trip, had great reception EVERYWHERE. I normally use an international daily pass with T-Mobile from USA but all affiliated carriers have terrible signal and internet speed. Worth every penny!

The Japan Wireless worked flawlessly throughout our trip in Japan! Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kyoto and Osaka this device never failed! We stayed connected with the outside world, had access to maps when we were lost and found many many eateries all thanks to Japan Wireless.

Our flight was delayed and we missed the pick up- so the team kindly re-sent a device to our hotel which was there the following morning!

The return service was easy, all I can say is it was worth every penny to have this device you would be lost in japan without it!

If you are an international visitor to Japan, renting a device like will be very useful. You'll get wifi connectivity for your phone or electronic device wherever you are, including out and about on country hikes. Helpful to access maps, travel apps and so on.

My only criticism that the battery needs recharging after about 8 hours if you keep on all day. A portable power pack is provided however, and that will keep you going until you are back in your hotel.

My wife and I were able to pick up the wifi box pretty quickly and get it up and working relaibly for our 11 day trip. We picked up at HND airport it came with a charger and the hotspot itself. Super fast and reliable internet. We did have to charge it nightly but we never ran out of internet during the day. Drop off was even more simple. We put it in a red mailbox that you cant miss at the departures area. Overall I would recommended doing it to all my friends and family.

I was able to reroute the package to my hotel after a missed flight, for a small fee. The staff were supportive and the process is described well on the FAQ page, however the one small criticism is you don't receive a confirmation email or rough expected date for the new delivery. You are able to email the support mail and check if you are worried.

Had a great time in Japan with the help of wifi's excellent reception. Thank you Japan Wireless. Will use it again on the next holiday.

Batt last the whole day! We dint really use the portable charger which was given in the bag! ^^ 再度注文します!!!!!
