I ordered my pocket wi-fi online for delivery at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The item was waiting for me upon checking in at the hotel. The pocket wi-fi was clean, fully charged, and was packet in a small bag with a fully charged spare battery, accessories for recharging the battery and pocket wi-fi, and easy to read instructions. There was also a prepaid mailer for me to return the items upon my departure from Japan.

The pocket wi-fi worked perfectly from Shizuoka to Hokkaido and I didn’t have to use the spare battery. I will definitely use Japan Wireless on future visits to Japan.
