Very easy to use and helpful

I have used my pocket wifi for 2 months now and have had no issues. The battery lasts me almost all day, and it makes travelling around so much easier!

Wifi rental is the best thing ever happened we did in Japan helps us navigate everywhere we go! I highly recommend Japan Wireless they were efficient the device were ready when we arrived at Narita Airport . Easy to use and friendly user. I would rent again next time we visit Japan. Thank you!

It was very easy to use, just enter the details into your phone and you are good to go. :) If your flight is at night and afraid that you won't make it to the branch in the airport, you can always opt for delivery to the hotel your are staying in. Sending it back is easy. :) you can ask the hotel where the nearest post office. :) Will definitely use this again when I go back to Japan.

Rented one for my first trip to Japan and found it to be extremely helpful for navigating with my phone. Had service everywhere I went and good speeds.

Was invaluable and a constant companion on my travels!

Very Easy (bit hard to find pickup desk first time in japan). No problems with connection, went tokyo,kyoto,hiroshima+miyajima island with no issues. Battery lasted all day. Didn't really need to use the extra power bank but was useful for phones etc on trains. Mail back was super easy with prepackaged envelope and instructions. 2 Week Trip Feb 2023. Would use again on next trip
