The ordering and collection of the pocket wi-fi were very easy and it was very easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend it.

I bought the package before I arrived in Japan. Having wireless all the time saved me as a solo traveler who doesn’t speak Japanese. I could communicate and use Google maps. It was easy to install and also easy to return. Definitely recommend this company and the service.

We used the Premium Wifi service for 3 weeks in May 2023. We travelled from Tokyo to Hiroshima and Miyajima via Mount Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Kobe and Hakone. The service was impeccable from taking possession to return the equipment to Tokyo airport. The signal was strong everywhere with a few normal exceptions when surrounded by tall buildings or in tunnels. The instructions were clear and simple and the battery life was more than enough (there was an extra power pack that we didn't need). Really, we highly recommend this service!
