The service was almost perfect and efficient. The only defect is when i received the pocket wifi, the battery was not charged so not usable directly and let me wait for 20-30 minutes.

I was able to pick up the pocket WiFi from my hotel when I arrived and dropped it off at the airport. It was very smooth and they worked. Also it’s a wonderful touch that they come with not only wall chargers but they came with portable chargers too which was really great as we walked so much. Would 10/10 recommend.

Very efficient and easy to use

My iPhone is locked and my carrier refused to unlock it temporarily so I was unable to use an eSIM while traveling in Japan. I rented one of these pocket WiFi devices instead and it worked great. It needs recharging once every 24 hours but I was able to use it all day without having to recharge while out and about. Pick up and drop off was easy.

Japan Wireless provides an excellent service that is simple and easy to setup and use. Their portable wifi operates throughout the country which takes the stress out of travelling. They will deliver a device to your preferred pick up location and when you leave you simply pop the unit into the prepaid envelope.

Renting the wifi router was really easy! It was easy to set up and when you are done, you simply just pack it up and put it in the mailbox. During my trip, I had no issues with the wifi. It even worked when I was on the subway. Will definitely be using this again with Japan Wireless on our next trip back to Japan.

We didn't skimp or worry about data usage. A full charge got us through the day and the kit came with a backup battery pack, cords and adapter. We had better coverage vs others in our party suing their mobile phones. We even to advantage of the BIC Camera coupon that came with the rental. Solid package at a good price.

My Premium Wifi was ready when I arrived in Tokyo and worked without any problems during my stay.

Very dependable and good service

Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire process was seamless with no interruptions at all. Pickup and return were easy, the pocket WiFi worked perfectly throughout my trip, and the connection was fast and reliable everywhere I went in Japan. It made traveling so much more convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely use Japan Wireless again!
