Tout c’est très bien déroulé, les instructions étaient très claires pour l’utilisation et là retour à notre départ. Si nous revenons, c’est sûr que nous commanderons à nouveau avec Japan Wireless

Easy to pick up, easy to return. I needed consistent internet for Google Maps and Translate apps and the pocket wi-fi did the job!

I got Japan Wireless for 17days, fully insured, unlimited data for 2 users. It was great, watch any YouTube tips wherever you are, keep playing videogames on a long train trip... very nice! I felt like I could check anything anywhere.

I had rented two wifis since I was traveling in a group. One of them was an issue where the password they gave us wasn't the password to the unit and it couldn't hold a charge. After I emailed Japan Wireless they sent a new unit to my hotel at no extra cost. It was such an easy experience from pick up to drop off, even with our issue.

Since we would be traveling though several cities in Japan, we wanted to have Internet access while navigating streets, looking up info on sights, etc.

The Japan Wireless unit was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo, ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Set-up was quick and easy. The unit came with an extra battery and a charger, along with a postage-paid return envelope, so that when we ended our trip in Osaka, returning the Premium WiFi unit was as easy as dropping the envelope in a postal box at the airport.

The Premium WiFi unit was easy to use, had a fast connection, and worked everywhere we went. I heartily recommend using Japan Wireless' service.

5 stars for convenience and for multiple devices usage although signal slows after about 8-10 hours but will definitely use again.
