Customer service was great! Pickup and drop off was very easy. The hotspot performed flawlessly throughout the trip which made our time there very worry-free and enjoyable! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a hotspot.

Pocket wifi was simple to set up and use. With the extra battery meant that we had all day portable wifi.

Transaction with you is seamless. Good internet connectivity during my 8day stay, instructions on how to access & reset wifi device and pick up & return was very straight forward & easy to follow.

I have been to Japan 8 times now and I have used several different types of pocket wifis. From my experience, the network that is used does make a difference both in connection reliability and speed. Softbank is the way to go and a lot of other pocket wifis do not use the Softbank network. Add the fact that this one does not come with data caps and this is my go to choice for pocket wifi in Japan.

Amazing to have even came with portable charger so there was no worry of the Wi-Fi was dying.

I used the Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless for about 11 days and it was just like they promised. No data caps, connection was reliable and speed was good for a 4G connection. The overall experience was consistent in all the cities I visited during my trip (Osaka, Nara, Kyoto and Tokyo). There were some slow down in speed during the night time for about an Hour sometimes but apart from that I had a decent experience.

The two units of premium wifi we got performed flawlessly. Usage was very easy and convenient and the signal strength (all over Tokyo) was great. Around 2-3 devices were connected all the time yet connection was fast. Great value! We will definitely avail again in future trips.
