Very easy to use and very useful!!!

Great to have during our trip to Japan!
We were able to connect when we were in remote areas or on trains, I recommend this!

I booked the wifi box online prior to our three week trip to Japan. We arrived in Japan and followed the directions provided by Japan wireless for pickup. The directions were very clear and pickup was easy. We used the wifi box for the entire trip. Every day our group of 4 would use the wifi box for travel directions, communicating with family back home with absolutely no issues at all. When our trip was over we followed the easy directions provided by Japan wireless for the return. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Japan wireless even provided the return envelope with postage included. We returned the wifi at Narita airport prior to departure. This was our third trip to Japan and we always use Japan wireless wifi box and it has never let us down. I would highly recommend using the wifi box.

Turned it on put it in my backpack, spent the whole 8 days sightseeing in Japan with no issues in good and bad weather. There were 6 people connected to it.

The connection was fast and reliable everywhere we went—from busy cities to quieter areas—and the battery easily lasted a full day. Lo utilice en mi viaje a tokio con mi marido y mi hija, funcionó perfectamente, la batería duraba todo el día, aun así te Dan la batería externa para estar más tranquilos, conexión durante todo el viaje sin interrupciones, muy fácil la recepción y entrega del producto en el aeropuerto. Sin duda lo volvería a usar.
