Wanted to try this out instead of using my cell phone as I was afraid of making mistakes . Ordered it for 10 days in Japan. Picked it up at the airport. Was very easy to find and was very helpful helping me set it up as Im not tech savy. Used it and at one point lost the connection . Was having difficulty getting the connection until (duh) I read the instructions which was very simple and was able to fix my problem (that I caused). Very good reception. Would use this again . Highly recommnd using it. Dropped it into the mailbox at the airport., Easy return

I needed the Wifi at my mother’s house for a month. The japan wireless mailed the modem to my mother’s house in one day. It worked well for me and I sent it back the day I left Japan via postal service. The package was prepared for me to return and I just needed sealing the package. It was very convenient. I will use this company again.

I ordered a Japan Wireless mobile device a week before my arrival and it was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival. The package had not only the hot spot but also a pre-paid return envelope and battery pack. It was easy to set up and use by my phone and Laptop.
I traveled across Japan and had coverage throughout my stay (even down in Okinawa). It even worked on the Shinkansen (bullet train).

very reliable strong signal. Because I didn't get phone service with wifi for my 2 week trip to Japan, I really needed this wifi, or I would have gotten lost on the streets. I also used it for using my laptop, and the signal was strong enough to watch streaming youtube and Amazon videos

This is the first time we tried Japan wireless and compared to another service we used for years, the connection was excellent and so much better. Japan wireless will be our go to service from now on!
