We had a very good experience with this company and their product. We had a very minor issue with our device on the last 2 days of our 14 day hire. We were refunded in full for the 2 days, even though we still had internet access on those days. Awesome product that we could not have done without. Great product and service

Employed this company twice. Comes with great instructions, and can ship to your hotel for pick-up. Can be used in the JR rails and in almost every place in Japan. Easy to return.

Slightly short battery life so make sure to keep reserve battery charged.

Wifi was consistently good in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. The unit was delivered timely to the hotel on the day of our arrival in Osaka, although it was ordered online overseas only one day before arrival in the Hotel. Price was reasonable compared to other providers.

My boyfriend and I used this pocket wifi for two weeks in Japan. It was plenty fast enough and we were never out of touch. The only thing that would have made it better is a smaller and lighter weight zip pouch to carry it. To get around that, we often did not use the pouch at all. Would recommend this product and service!

I shipped it to my hotel and it was ready for pickup when I arrived. The wifi was extremely fast and great for using to navigate. The portable charger was great for the end of the day when the pocket wifi started running low on charge. The pocket wifi does get very hot but other than that, no issues at all!

It helped us to organize our journey and keeping connected to family and friends while enjoying the tour of japan. Great coverage of signal althoug sometimes it suddenly switched off...

They responded promptly when our WIFI ran into technically difficulties and mailed us a new device on the same day! Very dependable service. Would use again.
