great service, some missconnecrions in mountain area but thats acceptable and understandable with this technology. Im suggesting better power banks, because mine fully loaded was not able to charge up whole battery of internet device, only from 10% to like 60 till died. But it was included in price so its nice to have backup up battery, even weaker one. Giod job and keep on!

Very useful - works really easily , to get it , to set it up , use it and send it back. Very convenient way of getting wifi at all Times !

Worked perfectly. Both picking up the pocket WiFi at the airport and returning it via mail was easy. Making plans during our trip was a lot easier with WiFi. Next time we're in Japan we'll definitely rent the pocket WiFi again.

The quality meets the requirements of the customers. We had coverage everywhere except for small parts in the mountains of Kumano Kodo!

This was the best way to stay online in Japan! Pre-ordered a few weeks in advance and it was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. Already charged and ready to go. Easy to connect and lasted all day. Charged at night in the hotel and all set for the next day. Tip: remember to use your hotel wifi at night, so the pocket WiFi can fully charge for the next day. All in all, a great service!!!

Excelent service through all our stay and very easy to both use and return upon our exit from Japan. Very recommended.

It work great while my daughter and I was in Japan for 12 days. Never had any issues and the battery for the router lasted a good 8 hrs, so when i go back to Japan I’ll be getting this again.

Connectivity was constant and fast. Pickup and drop-off were seamless and easy. I loved it, would definitely use Japan Wireless again.
