Pocket wifi worked great during my visit to Japan. It was fantastic to have unlimited high speed data to watch shows on multiple devices while waiting in long lines for restaurants. Seamless device ordering, delivery, rental extension and mailbox drop off for the return. Highly recommend!

Having a pocket Wi-Fi device while traveling around Japan was very much needed. Being able to access maps, translator, and currency exchange apps at all times came in very handy as well as WhatsApp to communicate with family in the USA. The ordering with delivery to hotel and return processes were very easy. Communication with customer service by email also went smoothly.

Package arrived at the hotel even before we arrived. Service all throughout Tokyo including subways was great. My family, which includes a wheelchair bound and senior citizen, wouldn’t have had a smooth and enjoyable travel navigating the train system and streets without a reliable internet connection. Recommended!

I found the pocket WiFi incredibly helpful when my US carrier slowed down, especially on day trips to Kyoto. I realized how valuable it was when I left it uncharged one day and couldn’t call up my QR Code for the hop on bus on my phone and prove that I had prepaid for the bus service. There were also a few times that I needed too off my Suica card and couldn’t with my data plan, but with pocket WiFi I had good fast service all the time. And I loved the convenience of having it delivered to my Tokyo hotel room and dropping it at the desk of my hotel in a pre-paid return addressed envelope as I left HND Airport. A valuable investment for all my time in Japan.

The pocket wi-fi worked very well during the trip. My flight was going to be coming in late and I had asked the pocket wi-fi to be mailed to the hotel. This was done promptly and found it delivered promptly to the hotel.

We recently used this service for a 2 week stay in Tokyo and Nikko. Great reception for several phones. Had a hard time finding the pickup location in Haneda but once we did, excellent customer service and detailed explanation of how to use and return the equipment. Will definitely use on our next trip.

Easy to order and pick up. We had it delivered to our hotel. Extremely helpful while traveling across Japan for navigation and finding restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would definitely rent it again. Easy to drop off at the airport postal box too.
