Easy to pick up at the airport or have delivered to your hotel. Also easy to return with the pre-paid envelope. Just add a reminder on your phone to mail it back before airport security!

Very effective pocket wifi. Have rented these elsewhere in Asia but Japan Wireless provides a post marked return envelope that our hotel was able to return.

this product was a lifesaver whilst travelling around japan. It was delivered to my hotel so was there when I arrived and really easy to set up. The power pack lasted for ages I never had to use the spare one. When we were leaving just posted it in postbox at airport using prepaid package

We were recommended this by another traveler and I have to say it was an essential item especially when you are navigating the train and planning your trips. It saves you having to find WIFI in shops etc. We had a strong signal constantly on our 16 day trip ( on land but not out at sea).
The ordering system was easy to complete, it was affordable and if we had any issues there is an email address that allows you to contact them.
