Great battery life and fast internet as well!

Worked flawlessly, easy to set up and use and the power pack was very usefull.

Connection was very fast and reliable. Even though marketed as unlimited the connection Speed was reduced after 50gigs.

The wifi package was at our hotel when we arrived.
We had great wifi service throughout Japan at all the places we visited.
The charge on the wifi lasted throughout the day so never needed to recharge until days end.
Highly recommend this product/company and would use again.

Reliable WiFi even in remote places, power bank supplied but never used as the battery of the WiFi device could take a full day of google maps continuous use (for driving as well) but essential to have as battery backup if needed (even for phone). Very practical pickup and drop off at the airport. When I go back to Japan I’ll use this service for sure and I totally recommend it.

This was a life saver! Don’t hesitate in getting a pocket WiFi, you’ll need it. The entire experience was great from pick up, to set up to dropping it off. So easy and so reliable. Never had an issue. Thank you Japan Wireless! I’ll definitely use this service again!
