Ordered WiFi device for the whole family to use in Tokyo stay and cruise. It was absolutely fantastic. Great signal, never a problem. It worked in all Japanese ports during the cruise too. Simple to use, couldn’t be any easier. Picked up easily at airport and posted in post box at airport. Easy! Will use again if in Japan.

I can confirm that choosing Japan Wireless was absolutely the best choice I could have made.
The battery life is excellent, especially compared with other devices on the market. On the first day, I noticed that the battery performance was not quite as expected based on my previous research, so I contacted them to report the issue.
They immediately arranged for a replacement device to be left for me directly at the hotel reception, as requested. The new device worked perfectly throughout the rest of my trip, without any issues whatsoever.
The package also includes a power bank, which is very useful in case the device runs out of battery after many hours of use.
Excellent service, great battery life, and extremely fast customer support. I would definitely choose Japan Wireless again.
