Quick and easy

Despite ordering the night before I arrive in Japan, I received the WiFi packs at the hotel as soon as I arrived. Surprised at the efficiency. Returning process was also very simple. It’s great.

The hotspots worked flawlessly! Easy to order and return!

The hotspots worked very well. Used on two separate trips to Japan. It was easy to order online and were delivered to my hotel. Returning is easy. Just package up and put them into a mailbox. Will definitely use again for future trips.

Seamsless, easy and perfectly functional

The whole experience was seamless, easy and perfectly functional. Starting from easy retrieval from the booth at the airport, activation, usage and hassle free return throu postal service. I would absolutely reccomend the service and shall I return to Japan I will be a customer again
