Booking and retrieving was easy at KIW airport.
Then I used that device for 2 weeks.
Connection and autonomy were very good for a full day of use.
I'll surely use that service again during my next visit to Japan!

We used this for the 10 days we were in Japan, it was delivered to our hotel and then we dropped it off in the Post Box at the international airport before we flew home. The power pack & chargers were great and it lasted all day without a charge with 2 adults connected to the wifi all day. Will use again!

The wifi was a great surprise for our family! We could connect 5 of us, with good quality internet. The only problem was in the way from Osaka to Toakyo, in the train, that the service wasn't working properly.

Highly recommended! I booked it online, picked it up at the airport. Dropped it off th the airport as well. Wifi signal was strong at all times (Kyoto and Osaka area). Will definitely recommend this to my friends.
