The Pocket Wi-Fi was an essential resource for us (three adults) during our two-week stay in Japan. The Wi-Fi was unlimited and had a good speed. We only had some difficulty getting a connection on the train, but otherwise, it was excellent.

Great services vert simple to use and works perfectly wherever we where. The delivery at the hotel was perfect in time and the return very simple with the envelope enclose and the explanations to find the post box in the airport. We were several peoples to use it and it was cheaper than each of us having a e-sim.

Always using Japan Wireless when travelling to Japan. Easy pick up, no problems with the internet (works perfectly even in shinkansen) and device returning in made easy.

Such a great tool for anyone staying in Japan for a short time. Perfect fast wifi wherever you go and it fits in you pocket, handbag, backpack. Great battery life too! Would use again!

Good product very easy to set up

Great service if you want to have connectivity at all times. The only downside is that it lagged at areas where other routers where near.

Highly recommend this service for ease and professional usage. It worked wonderfully , even on a bus while travelling.
