You turn it on, connect, and use your internet services. That's it. Approximately 12 hours of battery life, you recharge quickly in the evening. Have a nice trip with this device.

Great service. Would definitely use this mobile wifi service again.

Tip: It's better to drop in post box at hotel than at the airport. Post box might be far from check in counter.

With the Pocket Wifi you always are connected. We traveled Japan for 2 weeks and always had the Pocket Wifi connected. We had 2 mobile phones and the Wifi lasted for about 12 hours. We were not worried since they provided a battery pack . Only needed to use the battery a couple of times. This is definitely a must if traveling in Japan.

it really only struggled with service in Hakone, but otherwise it didn't matter where we were we had great service and full bars! We used at least 100gb of data throughout two weeks (for sure 60gb in the first week) without any problems. would recommend!

On arrival at the airport easy to find. Everything was ready for me. So easy to set up. Very useful though out our holiday. Would use it again next time in Japan

So easy! Picked it up from my hotel and posted at Haneda no problems and signal was strong everywhere
