I can say enough positive things about Japan Wireless. It was very easy to order the WiFi device from the United States a week or so before we left for Japan. It was waiting for us when we checked into our hotel our first night in Japan. It was easy to set up and use. Having personal WiFi made our travel experience so stress free. Whenever we needed WiFi we had it, rather than having to navigate the language barrier to try to log into a local network. We used it constantly on the subways and trains to look up directions, places to eat, places to see, etc. We won't travel to a foreign country again without first arranging for a personal WiFi device. It was super easy to drop the WiFi device and accessories in the mail box at Haneda Airport before we went through customs(Japan Wireless provided a pre-addressed postage pre-paid envelope).Thank you Japan Wireless!

I recently used your pocket WiFi service for our trip to Japan with my family of five (June 9, 2026 to June 17, 2026), and I wanted to share my positive feedback.
The pickup and drop-off process at the airport was incredibly efficient, and the connection speed was excellent throughout Osaka and Kyoto. As a family of five, we were constantly connecting multiple phones at once, and the device handled the load perfectly without any slowdowns.
It made navigating with Google Maps and staying connected so much easier than worrying about roaming charges, and the battery life was more than enough for our long days of sightseeing. Having the included power bank also provided great peace of mind. This really allowed us to enjoy our family trip stress-free.
