All we needed to do was turn it on! We had it delivered to a family member’s address and easily returned it at the airport before our flight to Tokyo.

Overall an excellent product. Glad we had the power pack to power the pocket wifi in the afternoon. The pocket wifi was also useful to charge my phone.

I wish there were two wires and adapters to charge the wifi and power pack at night. Luckily I had my own chord and outlet adapter so I could charge both using electricity at night.

Loved that it was unlimited wifi GB and worked in the rural areas well...and it didnt matter where in Japan I was. Liked that so many could use the wifi at the same time and speed was fast.

Retrieval and return was easy. Loved that you could pick up and drop off at the airport.

I have been on a 21 day vacation to Japan and the product and plan met my needs perfectly, whether it was in a city or in more remote locations I was covered. Picking up from the airport took no time at all and within moments I had my phone connected to the WiFi hot-spot. Would use this again and will be recommending it to others visiting Japan.

Went to Japan for the first time, enjoyed my time up there. The ordering process was simple, though I did manage to forget to put in the hotels address. They were fast to respond. Everything was painless and smooth!!

Portable, convenient and very fast wifi. Will rent again for my next trip to Japan. Only downside is that it claims to have 10 hours of battery but I only get around 7-8 hours. Power bank helps that issue too, but not to a major extent if you are constantly travelling/walking around the city.

I went to Gujo Hachiman, in Gifu, and I didn't have any trouble getting wifi signal despite being in a countryside
