Very pleased with the service reception and ease of use

Had no problems with staying connected or throughput while in Kanto area. Battery life was just OK. Would reach empty by late evening so ext. battery was almost always needed by evening time.

It was excellent. Able to access wifi across all of Japan very easily. Definitely worth having on our travels.

The premium wifi was a huge help on my wife and I's honeymoon in Japan. The unlimited data and unthrottled speed made our trip all the more enjoyable by letting us navigate, search train and bus routes/schedules, and much more.

We had the pocket wifi for 2.5 weeks during our Japan vacation. Everything went absolutely trouble-free. The pocket wifi was delivered to our hotel before the indicated time and then accompanied us from Tokyo and Hakone to the Japanese Alps, during all Shinkansen Tours and in Kyoto, Himeji, Nara and Osaka. There were no problems anywhere and we were grateful to have been able to use translation apps and routing apps. Traveling through Japan was very easy.
We had two devices registered during the day. The battery has managed that easily. We did not need the spare battery. The device was recharged overnight.
The return was very easy because of a prepared return envelope.

We was three user, we've any problem. We travels from tokyo to hiroshima, stopping in lot of touristic city.
Battery Life goes well, we use It from 9 to 18 without any additional charge. When needed, extra power bank included has provider additional power to us

Japan Wireless and the Premium Wi-Fi was awesome! It provided great wifi just about everywhere.
I wish the battery last a little longer but I have several extra batteries with me.

Really happy with the Japan-wireless-pocketwifi. Easy to pick-up, easy to work, fast wifi where ever we went and easy to drop of at mailbox in the airport.
