I was concerned about changing the sim card on my phone so I researched a pocket wifi. This was perfect and even worked on tour buses that "claimed" to have wifi. I loved the extra power pack. It was so easy...it was waiting for me at the post office, I turned it on and connected to my phone immediately. When I was leaving Japan, I packed it up and handed it to the hotel desk who mail it for me.

I've rented wifi routers from other companies and other countries...always had problems but this one was perfect!! the speed was awesome and i always stayed connected!

I would give this product five stars.

The WiFi was ready to go when i picked up from KIX. Went to Ishigaki-Jima and had perfect service too. Long lasting battery too!

Really impressed with how easy they made the whole experience. You can pick it up at the airport or delivered to your hotel, and it comes with a power bank and return envelope. The device lasts around 12 hours in my experience and was already super reliable. Unlimited data usage is just one less thing to worry about. Would 100% recommend again.

The product was good, easy to use and full equiped (with recharge battery and plug and envelope for return) and perfect delivery time. The only negative things was that the Premium Wi-Fi assure connection up to 10 devices simultaniosly but it worked with no more that 7 mobiles!
