Had a problem with the router initially, they quickly replaced it. The new router then worked flawlessly, battery life was good, never needed to use the battery pack. And always had signal.

Wifi Router is fast. Pick-up and return is made easy for customers. However, the Haneda airport pick-up site is not adequately posted to make it easy to locate.

This is my second time purchasing premium wifi with Japan Wireless. It has been reliable with internet connection, and the company was very helpful. The system is easy, shows up before my arrival, compact for carrying around all day, and a simple return. I will rent again on my next trip!

I was a little hesitant to try this device but the high cost of roaming made it the better option. Despite being a 'Luddite' baby boomer I found it easy to set up and simple to use and return. Would definitely do it again!

Fast and reliable internet during our stay in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. Battery life is excellent.

For those worried about how easy it is to use....do not worry! You literally just turn it on and connect...that's it! I will definitely be using it again on my next trip. Really easy to return as well. They email you before the rental is up and tell you exactly where you need to drop it off. I dropped it off at the Haneda airport JP post box and it was really easy to find. The only negative about it is that it only lasts for a few hours after a full charge. Approximately 3-4 hours? So be sure to have a power bank with you!

The service overall was a great smooth experience. Only comment is I'd be nice for the product to last longer than 24ish hours (better batery life)

I carried around the hot spot while visiting Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, & Kyoto), had reception everywhere including the bulletin train. It was fast and reliable. I pre-ordered it before leaving for Japan, it was waiting for me when I checked in, and the return envelope was included so it was easy to return. Definitely recommend.
