This will be my 2nd time renting a WiFi hotspot from Japan Wireless. Their products are top notch and their service is amazing. Returning the hotspot at the end of my rental period was so easy with the included envelope for mailing it back to them.

I had the unlimited premium option. I went to Osaka, Nara Park, Himeji Castle, Hiroshima, Itsukushima, Tokyo and it worked great in all places. The external battery packed was incredibly helpful. Will definitely choose Japan Wireless again if I ever go back.

Just back from Hokkaido and had an amazing trip. In part to do the WiFi device I rented from Japan Wireless. When I arrived at the airport in Hokkaido, an envelope was waiting for me at the Japanese Post Office inside the airport. Inside were English instructions, the WiFi device, charger, carrying bag, cable and a return postage paid envelope. My wife and I both linked to the WiFi just as we would at home. Battery life was excellent and during the five days, it never ran out of power during the day, with a nightly recharge. It worked throughout the Sapporo, Furano and Biel areas flawlessly. When back in Sapporo, we just put everything back into the postage paid Japanese Mail envelope and dropped it in a nearby mail box. That's It! Few things in this life work Exactly as advertised, but THIS device from JAPAN WIRELESS DID WORK PERFECTLY. Thank You Japan Wireless!
