Very efficient and reliable internet service and connectivity. Our preferred internet every time we go to Japan

Pocket WiFi provided excellent service but the battery life was very short. Even with the extra battery pack. Had to make sure battery was charged every 4-5 hours. The signal was very good as far as Eta Jima when driving through country roads. Will be requesting another one on my next visit. The return method is hassle free. 👍

Used Japan Wireless for our teenagers during our travel. It was primarily used for them to use GPS and to contact us. But we found it use super convenient when we were waiting for our shinkansen train and had to connect our little one iPad to internet to keep them busy during the wait. The fact that it was unlimited wifi was so convenient. It was also so easy to return. They provide everything you need for the return.

The pocket WiFi is great to have while visiting Japan.

We asked to deliver to the hotel by 8:00am because we would be on tour the whole day from 9:00am. Unfortunately the delivery was late and I didn't get the router until after we came back from our first day of the tour. So we missed using it for the first day. We have used Japan Wireless at least 5 times in the past and have had no trouble with delivery or use of the router. As usual, we had no trouble using the router. However, if clearer explanation of how to use the router in English would be appreciated.

The portable WiFi was very helpful during my recent visit to both Osaka and Tokyo. Easy pick up at the airport and even easier drop off at the end of the trip - just pop it in the mailbox at the airport.
