I had the premium wifi for 2 weeks while in Tokyo and I couldn’t be happier! It worked perfectly the whole time everywhere we went and getting the wifi + returning it was so easy. I really appreciated having clear directions where to find the post office at Narita Airport. 10/10, I would definitely use again on my next trip!

This is a must have when traveling to and within Japan. They make it extremely convenient to pick up and drop off the device at the post office located in the airport or mail it in. I wish it would alert you when you are about to reach your data limit before it cuts off, but it's still a great value for internet service.

Worked better and longer than expected in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. No need for battery pack. Pick up and return was easy peasy at Narita.
