Great Wi-Fi for 3 of us. Useful to have especially on travel days between accomodation Wi-Fi, and when out and about.

Worked perfectly and super simple collection and return process

it was easy to pick up. the connection was good although you need to be relatively close to the hotspot to be connected. My only issue is that the hotspot would run out of battery by like 1300, 1400 from being fully charged at 900. It came w extra battery that would be used to extend each day usage to fully charge. Most tourist places and buses have wifi but It was very convenient to have my own. It was also easy to return it at the airport. The device I had rent was used throughout hokkaido, tokyo, kyoto, hiroshima, and osaka. I highly recommend this hotspot.
