Our first experience with Japan wireless was Amazing!. Efficient, convenient, reliable, easy and dependable. We encountered no problems reserving, picking up, using and returning the wireless router that came already fully charged with an extra portable charger and ouch. Would definitely use them again. Great experience.

Wonderful!! There are not a lot of English signs on either roads or trains in Japan. We relied on Google maps to take us from one place to another, which train to catch, which platform, what time etc. You need a remote wifi to be able to do that. The portable translator was also very handy.

Really useful! The only hard time was in the middle of Hokkaido mountains.

We were very happy with the wireless reception when we were travelling between Hakata - Fukotota - Hiroshima - Kyoto and Osaka. We got the premium unit as we weren't always in main centres. The unit thankfully comes with a power bank and so you never run out of battery power.
The unit was waiting for us on arrival at our hotel in Hiroshima as we'd requested and delivery back was easy - just popped it in the pre-paid envelope and mailed it.
Highly recommended and for us, it worked out much cheaper than a SIM as it's unlimited download.

This was the best travel idea we ever used! Worked well, never an issue. Worked fine and battery lasted all day! Wish they had this in Europe as well. Perfect for on the go travel!
