A friend recommended pocket WiFi for our month in Japan and it was the best investment we made. Pick up at Narita was quick and easy, it only took a moment to set up the device and the coverage was fantastic, from Aomori to Hiroshima. The battery never ran out, the price was great and it was nice to just drop it in a mailbox when we were ready to leave.

We had such a pleasant and easy experience with Japan Wireless from beginning to end. We had clear cut instructions on where to pick up our pocket WiFi and it was available upon flight arrival. It was easy to connect to and stayed charged throughout most of the day (mind you we stayed connected all day). The supplementary power bank helped keep it charged as well. Internet was always fast and I felt at times was faster than my own data back home! We had also ordered a SIM card from another company in the event one didn’t work and luckily we had ordered the Japan Wireless pocket WiFi or else we would have been left with a dysfunctional SIM from another company. Japan Wireless came through for us and made our honeymoon everything and more! Also wanted to mention dropping off the pocket WiFi was super easy too!

I would highly recommend Japan Wireless. It's reasonably priced and very easy to pick up at Narita airport. Returning it was also a breeze, as we just had to place it in any Japan mailbox. I wouldn't imagine our trip without a pocket wifi.
