Travelled in Hokkaido, Nikko area, Tokyo and Kamakura with my wife and two teenagers in March. This pocket wifi made everything so much smoother. Sure there is "free" wifi all over Japan, but with the pocket wifi you never have to go through the hassle of searching, setting up accounts, logging in, etc. Saved tons of money on exorbitant international roaming charges, was able to phone and text locally over WhatsApp, Skype etc. Battery life is great--only had to use the extra battery pack a couple of times during our two-week travels. Would not consider traveling in Japan without it.

Amazing product, with no problems!!

We used this several times while in Japan when we were not able to get a good wifi signal on our phones or laptop. The process to pick up and drop off was quick and easy.

It was very easy to order. My past experience has been great. I have this devise delivered to the hotel on the day of my arrival and hasn't failed yet. Easy to ship this device back as well with prepaid shipping envelope.

I saw this service on instagram and the blogger did not joke about needing it. It’s soooo convenient to have wifi EVERYWHERE you go. The service is so easy to use. I had mine delivered to our hotel and I returned it in a post box. We used ours all day without it having to be charged. Worth it.
