Efficient and strong signal

It was my first time visiting Japan from the US and my girlfriend friend and I were looking for the best option for our dinner. Decided to try it premium wi-fi. And it worked perfectly every time and saved us plenty of money

The wifi was very reliable and met our needs for travel. It was also quite easy to receive (it was delivered the day before our arrival) and return.

Great experience, quick and easy to booked and picked up at the airport. Internet was great all 13 days of rental.

i travel a lot around the world. when i am in europe, i normally use eSIM provided by local MNO. however, i could not find a comparable one in japan. fortunately, my friend referred the 'japan wireless' service to me. i used the service for 10 days, and i am very happy with everything. -- a traveler from America.

Excellent solution for traveling in Japan

Our pocket WiFi was waiting for us at the hotel and it was easy to turn it on and connect to our phones. I don't remember ever losing coverage.
I did email the customer support with a technical question on the first day (of 12), that they never replied to, but we managed to figure it out on our own, so all was good in the end.

Could not ask for more. Travelled with family to Japan. The hotspot was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. So simple to use. And postage paid envelope made return easy. It was so simple, inexpensive and convenient. I cannot recommend highly enough.
