Good battery life, convenient and easy to use! What can I say, it just couldn't have been better. Picked up and dropped off at the airport.

I ordered online, requested drop off at hotel I would be at on that date . It was at reception when I arrived. Easy to follow instructions. Worked well. Dropped in post box at airport when I departed. Could not be any easier.

The pocket wifi package was delivered to my hotel before my arrival. It worked seemlessly throughout our Japan visit. The battery lasted 12-14 hours each day so we didn't need to carry the provided back-up battery. In addition to perfect service in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Nagoya, we traveled around Japan on a small cruise ship. We had great wifi on the cruise ship, often at sea, so we didn't have to pay for poor wifi quality on the ship. I highly recommend this reasonably priced, high-quality product.
