The system was perfect

Japan wireless was hands down amazing the whole system and set up was prefect I recommend it to anyone travelling.

We traveled all over the country (as a family, 2 adults and 2 young people). The internet connection was very stable and fast. Japan Wireless doesn't disappoint!

This WIFI hotspot works very well. It has a strong connection in many of the places I've visited on Japan. The only issue I've sometimes had is that the screen can turn on and change menus in my pocket. This has resulted in accidently blocking phone numbers of people I communicate with.

Very convenient and reasonable WiFi service in terms of pick up and drop off later. Access to WiFi 24/7 made traveling around Tokyo easy From communication using google translate to train rides using google maps. Will consider using ninja wireless again for our next travel to Japan

This product worked as advertised. There were only a couple of moments where there was no connection but it was just to restart the router and the issue was solved. That said, we traveled mostly to cities so I do not know how the connectivity would be in rural areas

Network is excellent and available eveywhere! Bandwidth is good even 5 connections at the same time.

The premium “pocket” wifi was so easy to access, delivered to our hotel ready for us arriving saved a lot of stress at the airport. It was packaged well and instructions on how to use were very clear. Great that it can be used with multiple devices while exploring Japan. Wifi speeds were good and we never had any problems with signal. My only constructive feedback would be that sometimes the device could become very warm during use and I found the return of the package a little hard to find at the airport. There didn’t seem to be any information about where we could locate the post box which took us a while to find. Overall a great service and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

Very reliable, small and even working from some distance i.e. when we were not sitting next to each other on the train. We highly recommend it!
