Super reliable, and always working even in the underground stations. Always came in handy, and even better wifi than most hotels

The pocket wifi itself was fantastic and very useful! It was convenient having wifi access during our whole trip and returning it was super easy. The only problem I had was that the provided charging cable didn’t match the pocket wifi. The cable I received was a USB to Micro USB but the pocket wifi only had a USB-C port. Luckily I had a power bank that had multiple cables and one of them was USB-C so I was able to charge it as needed without having to purchase a new cable. Overall, it was a good experience with just one hiccup.

Great product for a great price. Will be doing it again next time we are in Japan.

Pocket wifi was easy to pickup and setup. We had service in all the cities we visited. Return was also easy just put everything in envelope provided and drop it into a mailbox. Will definitely use again next trip.
