I hired a personal hotspot for my trip to Japan. The unit was waiting for me at my hotel on arrival together with a portable power pack. I visited Tokyo, Kyoto and surrounding areas. It worked perfectly in all areas. It was fast and we had fast WiFi on two cell phones wherever we went. The instructions on use and return of the unit was very simple.

Was recommended this company by a friend and was not disappointed. Thought the cost was reasonable for a 2 week trip, super easy to collect the device on arrival and the girl at the kiosk helped set us up immediately, connectivity was excellent throughout Japan - we travelled around the whole country with 2 devices connected and only ever experienced drops in signal when on trains in tunnels so very impressed. Easy to return at the end of the trip too!! Would use again and recommend to anyone visiting Japan!
