I got the 20 gig for the 19 days we were in Japan and it worked like a charm. Zero issues, easy setup, worked everywhere. We visited Shibuya, Kyoto and Osaka, it worked great the whole time. I just carried it in my coat pocket or backpack and we ran two phones with no issues. We mainly used it for gps but it ran YouTube just fine. I didn’t use the hotel WiFi at all, I literally just kept this on the whole time. No complaints, worked great.

Family of four with two young kids are using this product for about 8 days in Tokyo, excellent coverage, never run out of data and battery during the day. Very organized process and procedure to collect and drop back before you leave Japan in the airport. Great item to choose if you are traveling with a group, as it is shareable to everyone in your group.

Had 3 devices and aside from the fact one if them would not recharge using the provided backup battery it was flawless. Suggest you check this before departing the counter.
