We rented a Wifi from this company for two weeks. It is very reliable. With the Wifi, we can easily go to anywhere in Japan with good communication and information. The cost is reasonable. It was easy to find the office to pick up the device and very easy to return it by putting it in a post box with a provided envelope. I highly recommend this company for renting a Wifi.

Easy, quick, and affordable! This was our second time using the pocket wifi with Japan Wireless. It was easy and quick to pick up from the counter at Narita airport. We reserved the pocket wifi online a couple weeks prior to arriving. Prices were considerably cheaper than others. But what really made us seal the deal with them again was that we were able to return the pocket wifi via mail. We were provided a sealable mailer envelope that we were able to drop off into a post bin before entering TSA! Very convenient! Will be using them again!
