Great reliable service at a great price had reception all over Japan

The process was easy. The wifi was waiting for me at the airport post office. I had a strong signal everywhere I went, from Mt Fuji to Kyoto. I will use japan wireless again on my next visit

Worked perfectly everywhere, was fantastic for directions and places to go and a life saver for evenings with a 4 year old who wanted to watch Netflix while we enjoyed dinner. Definitely recommend!!!

We used Japan Wireless for our 2nd time in Japan, this time with some friends. We had the hot spot connected 24/7 with at least 4 devices on top and always worked flawlessly. We never faced coverage issues but we just travel in significant places. This service is recommended and for sure that we'll use it if I return to Japan. Btw, pickup process and price per day both are awesome as well, zero problems.

We learned from a friend about using pocket wi-fi while touring in Japan. Contemplating our upcoming trip, I concluded that we would probably need to use our phones for direction-finding and that a pocket wi-fi would enable our phones to function without constantly looking for wi-fi hot spots. The price—only around $110 for our 21 day trip—seemed reasonable. It turned out that our phones enabled by pocket wi-fi were invaluable in guiding us through every part of Japan we visited. The relatively long battery life of the wi-fi, combined with the recharging battery included with our package, ensured that wi-fi was consistently available as needed, which was often. Also the service was as convenient as advertised—the device awaited us when we checked into our first hotel and was easily returned by Neil using the envelope provided in the package. I intend to use this service again when I return to a Japan and advise other first-time visitors to do the same.

Had this for 2 weeks for me and my husband. Worked really well, we travelled to many places and there was no place it did not work. The staff are also really helpful and it was easy to use. The battery included was enough to keep it going all day from 7am to 11pm with some juice left!

It's been my first time renting something from Japan Wireless, but it's been a seamless experience. Highly recommended!
