Very happy with this product. Delivered directly to our first hotel in Tokyo Japan and very simply posted back in Fukuoka city after our holiday. We found it easy to use and handy to carry. Gave us complete independence to access WiFi whilst on the move which was much cheaper than using our international roaming phone package. Thoroughly recommend fir those who are travelling without tour guides and therefore need more WiFi whilst out and about to navigate

The wifi unit is light weight and easy to carry around. The setup for use is seamless and simple. Battery life is great and adequate, and only required to re-charge over night and then good for the whole day. The data speed was above satisfactory and almost 100% up time except some “blind” spots occasionally. The service from the vendor was excellent and convenient. The package was sent to hotel and readily waiting for my arrival. The return instruction was very clear with the drop off post box locations in every airport.
Highly recommend to other foreign visitors.

The unit was waiting at Tokyo hotel after flight from Chicago. Easy set up and worked without any flaws during my 2 week stay in Japan. Easy return via prepaid mailer.

Worked well, made our gps a little out of position but still close enough to work effectively. Was easy to collect and return with pre-paid envelope.
