Was able to order before leaving for Japan in LAX and picked up upon arrival in Narita Airport. Easy to read directions on where to pick up in the terminal. The pocket wifi was cheaper than using my wireless providers international plan and the pocket wifi was better than my hotels wifi.

The modem worked perfectly in all two weeks we use them, also battery in good conditions, it last all day. we received the modems sharp and turning back is very easy

You cannot go wrong with Japan wireless, easy pick up and I love that the return is as easy as putting the equipment in a prepaid envelope and dropping it off at the post box which is just outside the security checkpoint. It also comes in with a power bank and chargers so that's a plus. Would borrow again from this company.
