I had a great experience using this Japan Wireless Premium WiFi. The connection was very reliable throughout my trip — I rarely lost signal, except briefly in some subway areas, which is understandable. Otherwise, the WiFi stayed consistently connected and fast.

Delivery was super convenient. The device was delivered directly to my requested hotel and was already waiting for me when I arrived, which made the start of my trip completely hassle-free. Returning the device was just as easy with the prepaid return mailer provided.
