Data may have slowed a bit in a couple of the areas we went to in the mountains, but I don't recall ever losing connection. Used around 3 Gb in 15 days. Constant use of Google Maps, Google translate, looking up info, sharing photos, WhatsApp chatting and calling. Did not stream video, except a few local info YouTube videos. Definitely worked better than my friends pocket wi-fi.

Scanning the QR code was easy. I scanned before my trip which is not recommended because it won’t activate. However as soon as I landed it automatically activated. eSIM is the way to go.
