Easy to use. Not clear what settings to use for iMessages without being charged by our primary carrier.
Didn't have a problem with setting up the eSIM. It was really easy. But had a small problem in configuring the hotspot functionality on my phone. Support did help very fast and everything is working fine now! Only the speed is a bit slow. I mostly reach speeds at around 10-15 Mbps instead of the claimed 40.
I am very glad that I found this service before I flew to Japan.
