The only reason a docked a star from the rating is that the unit I received would occasionally overheat and shutdown. Other than that, the actual service was excellent. Picking it up and dropping it off at the end of my trip was a breeze as well.

Use it everyday. I go to japan frequently and WiFi is a must. Japan WiFi works great every time so they are who I prefer to use.

I love that Japan Wireless has never been a disappointment in terms of quality service. Appreciate the email tips i received as well. However the speed of the internet i got during my entire stay in Osaka never reached 30MBps. Having said this, internet was not a problem at all for us since we got highspeed internet in the hotels we stayed in. And 30MBps while roaming Osaka is just enough for our needs

The pick up/drop off process was very easy and convenient and the internet was reliable and fast. Would definitely recommend!

Was great to have this device delivered direct to our hotel and waiting for us on arrival. Very useful in finding our way around, particularly in Tokyo.

Great wifi pocket, which makes your life much easier during the trip. The connection worked very well all the time , very easy to use, no problem to look at video or movies. just need on charge at the end of the day for the next Day. The return by post was very simple, I will take one when I come back !

The signal is very good.. my only problem is just the battery is easlily got drain. i would definitely use it again if i go back to japan.
