There was a delay in executing my order, because the order itself was late.

But it got delayed further because I could not respond promptly to your queries on my movement do as to deliver the JW as early as possible.

However, since I had no WiFi, my response took longer.

The service was smooth from the word go - booking it, the communication that followed, the pick-up and the convenient drop off. The connectivity was vast and consistent too. It kept us steadily connected across our trip on the Honshu island. Highly recommend.

What could be better is the wires that came with the device, they would loosen up when put to charge to any plug point, including the portable charger that comes along with it. Just a tad over-used.

I have been using Japan Wireless wifi devices for a few years now and they have been very dependable and makes life easier on the go. I can stay connected reliably. Wish they could extend the battery life, but that's what the free powerbank is for.

I used this on my recent Japan trip. It was delivered to my hotel which was very convenient. My pocket wifi was defective and Japan wireless sent a replacement the next day to my hotel. Also, they refunded me a couple of days for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company when needing a pocket wifi!

This service is good, you get great value from this option. Wifi connectivity is strong with multiple devices. However the battery seemed to drain rather fast sometimes and the unit can get very hot. Overall a positive experience.
