Very good. The only issue I had was not Japan wireless fault but when in Japan I found google maps had to read as the streets were not in English

Easy pick up and return by mail. Unit performed well all across Honshu. Extra battery needed only in several occasions but I was glad I had it.

Pick-up and drop-off at the airport was easy. The connection was strong and the battery life was good. The included powerbank had quite a small capacity. It was not a problem for me as I always have my 30000 mAh powerbank with me, but if you want a full day of use without finding a plug to charge, I recommend bringing at least a 10000+ mAh powerbank with you.
