Relatively easy to get started, though adding the instruction that you have to restart your phone would have been nice. Decent enough speed for 4G.

This sim card was a very good purchase for my trip to Tokyo last April! I arrived at Haneda and since there was no Haneda Airport pick-up, I had the sim card delivered to my hotel. My hotel notified me that it had arrived the day before I flew to Japan, so I felt at ease that my sim card was already there. There was free internet at the airport and in the limousine bus, so there was no problem for me to make it to my hotel without the sim card yet. When I arrived at the hotel, I received the sim card package. It was packed well and included instructions and a tool for opening the sim card slot on my phone. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, and came in many languages. I had my phone up and running in no time! The data was good throughout my 6 days usage, never faltering once. The coverage was so much better than my friend's sim card, which was just data roaming of her Philippine-based sim card. I didn't really go that far from Tokyo, but even in highly congested areas like Shibuya, the signal and coverage was very good. This sim card only plan via Japan Wireless was also much cheaper than the ones at the airport, and I have to say this was the best value for money! Will definitely order again for my next trip!
