We have been renting the Premium WiFi for several years, and the last device rented February 2024 was the best yet.

Our premium WIFI was really handy to have which worked as advertised.
I would recommend anyone going to Japan organise this product before you go. Our WIFI modem was waiting for us at our first hotel and then we just dropped it off the airport post office box before we left.

Picked up at Haneda airport, turned off any mobile data on 4 devices and got Wi-Fi for 16 days. The charger was needed a couple of times when we used the Wi-Fi a lot. Would highly recommend. Return was easy with prepaid envelope and into the post box before the check in at the airport.

Everything was ok, delivery and return very easy. Battery of the poker wifi was perfect all day long. I recommand!

Battery life would last all day even with constant GPS usage. Extremely reliable and it charges very fast! Reception works about 15~20 feet from the device.

Product was very useful. Customer Support was very responsive. Only problem was the unit loses battery fast - good thing power bank was also provided.
