Was super easy so both pick up and drop off the WiFi at Haneda Airport. Worked very well the whole trip and was great to be able to have WiFi.

Very easy to organise and was waiting for us at the hotel. We had absolutely no issues with it during our holiday and it remained charged each day until we went to bed. The return was easy too. Popped it in the self addressed envelope and placed it in the postbox at the airport on our departure.

Best pocket wifi! The battery lasted a long time, the signal was always good, and it came with an extra battery too!

I read someone recommending Japan Wireless on Reddit saying that the service was great, the WiFi’s battery lasted all day and that it was affordable. I used mine for two full weeks, from morning till night, underground, and it never faltered. The internet was always fast and I never had to worry about charging the device in the middle of the day. Pick up and return was also easy, all the email confirmations were very appreciated. Boyfriend and I are so impressed and will definitely reserve another pocket WiFi next time we’re in Japan. Everything about the product and process was worthwhile. My girlfriend and I used a pocket wifi for 14 days and it made the trip so much smoother. Battery life, connectivity, speed, and size were all exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this!

Got the Wifi router for around 2 weeks. Worked well everywhere (Osaka-Fuji-Tokyo). Equipment was easy to understand and connect to. We connected our Ipad and 2 phones when exploring and it never disappointed us.

Our only problem was with the included powerbank. On the first day, we found that the powerbank was charging but would not output any power to the router. We decided to purchase a separate powerbank because the router could only last until around 6pm before requiring a charge.

Long battery life and signal never failed. Easy pick-up and drop-off. One less thing to worry about during the trip.

It was simple to order 2 devices before we arrived in Japan, easy pick up at Haneda airport terminal 3 from Ninja Wifi desk as instructed. Turned them on and worked straight away. Easy for lots of the family to connect to them, and then we had wifi everywhere we went in Japan, children had internet when out and about so were easily in contact via whatsapp. No connection issues, and they also came with portable power bank and envelope to return them. Easily posted at the airport at the end of the trip. Would use them again.
